Cananga Oil
Minyak Kananga — Cananga odorata forma macrophylla
Cananga oil from Java is distinct from ylang-ylang despite coming from the same species. The macrophylla forma grown in Java produces a softer, more balanced floral oil preferred for soap and household fragrance applications where the intensity of ylang-ylang Extra would be excessive. A cost-effective floral modifier for large-volume applications.
