Frequently Asked Questions
Everything buyers ask about sourcing Indonesian minyak atsiri for fragrance, cosmetic, and aromatherapy applications.
What essential oils do you supply?+
We supply 15+ Indonesian essential oils including: patchouli (nilam), vetiver (akar wangi), lemongrass (sereh), citronella (serai wangi), clove leaf/bud, cinnamon bark, cajuput, ylang-ylang, nutmeg, ginger, galangal, and more. Contact us for our complete current oil list with availability and pricing.
What documentation comes with each oil?+
Every batch includes: GC-MS (Gas Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry) report showing full chemical composition, Certificate of Analysis (COA) with specific gravity, refractive index, optical rotation, and color, MSDS/SDS (Material Safety Data Sheet), and a batch number for traceability. Additional documentation (IFRA safety assessment, EU allergen declaration, Halal certificate) available on request.
Are your oils IFRA compliant?+
Our oils are pure essential oils without added synthetic ingredients. IFRA (International Fragrance Association) guidelines apply to the use levels of specific compounds in finished products — not to the oils themselves. We can provide IFRA safety assessment worksheets showing the natural compound levels from our GC-MS reports so your QC team can verify compliance for your specific application and use level.
Do you supply organic certified oils?+
Most of our oils are from smallholder farms that do not pursue organic certification (USDA/EU Organic) due to the cost of certification programs. The distillation process is clean and additive-free. If you specifically require certified organic oils, please inquire — we can source a limited range with certification.
What packaging options are available?+
We supply in aluminum cans (1 kg, 5 kg, 25 kg) and steel drums (180 kg). All containers are UN-rated for transport of flammable liquids where applicable. Custom labeling (your company name, product code) is available for recurring clients with regular volumes.
What is the typical lead time?+
For in-stock oils: 5–10 business days for order processing, quality check, documentation, and dispatch. Sea freight: Europe 20–25 days, USA West Coast 20–25 days, Middle East 12–15 days, Australia 10–14 days from Jakarta/Surabaya. Air freight is available for urgent orders. We provide a pre-shipment sample for QC approval before final dispatch.
What is the MOQ per oil?+
MOQ varies by oil type. Standard MOQ for most oils: 25 kg for high-volume oils (citronella, lemongrass), 10 kg for medium oils (patchouli, clove), 5 kg for specialty oils (vetiver, cinnamon bark, ylang-ylang). Sample evaluation orders (100–500 ml) are available for first-time clients for a nominal cost deducted from your first bulk order.
Can you supply sample vials?+
Yes. We supply 10 ml, 25 ml, and 50 ml sample vials for evaluation purposes. Samples come with a GC-MS summary sheet and basic COA parameters. Sample cost is nominal (covers packaging and shipping) and is deducted from your first bulk order if you proceed. WhatsApp us your oil list for a sample request.
